I would never be a professional artist. Why? Because I don't have perseverance, that's why. I only paint or draw when I feel like it...like this morning, I felt the urge as I opened my windows. The sky was luminous blue and the tree looked dark against it. Then its foliage caught the first rays of the sun. Everything was still and beautiful...yes, far more beautiful than this pastel drawing.

I so know what you mean! if someone was to commission me for example i would never get it done. it would become a chore and I would never feel like doing it.
